After passing out from Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in India, I joined the Radisson group in New Delhi and was part of opening of two of the most successful restaurants in Delhi, "The Great Kebab Factory", & Carlson Hospitality's Italianni's brand launch in India.

Thereafter I moved to UK, where I felt the need of a casual, vibrant Indian restaurant which was a perfect everyday hangout place with your friends and family, in a refreshing environment serving authentic Indian food.

When the time was right for me, I decided to start my own venture with a long time college buddy and deliver a concept dining experience, which is well and truly unique in London - "Potli".
