A great opportunity has become available for an experienced and talented Sous chef to take on this very high-profile Indian cuisine in the heart of the Hammersmith, London. As Sous Chef you will manage a large team in our kitchen department with coordination with the Head Chef. Our places are warm and welcome enthusiastic and experienced individuals with a ‘can do attitude’, who wish to join a successful and vibrant organization. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our buildings are brand new and kitted out beautifully to assist you in creating an amazing guest experience where you too can enjoy the moment.

The role requires the following skills and qualifications:

• A strong individual with the ability to manage 7-10 People and lead a large team.
• Passionate about Indian cuisine
• Knowledge about Indian spices, ingredients and concept
• Hands on approach and enjoying being part of the team.
• Responsible for the smooth team work of a busy restaurant.
• Responsible for the purchasing & payments to the suppliers.
• Ability to Train, briefing and develop your team.
• Ability to handle company’s security, safety and hygiene standards effectively & efficiently.
• Ability to check all the checklist and update up to date in a right way.
• Reporting company’s director and head chef
